What is SecureStart™ and why do I need it?
SecureStart™ is our one-time security implementation that replaces traditional setup fees. Before ongoing support begins, we review, configure, secure, and document your environment properly so your IT is built on a solid, secure foundation from day one.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. After SecureStart™, ongoing Managed Protection is offered on a simple monthly plan. We earn your business through results, not lock-in.
How quickly can you onboard my business?
Most SecureStart™ implementations take between 1 and 10 business days depending on the tier and the complexity of your environment. We’ll give you a clear timeline up front.
Services & support
What does managed IT support include?
A responsive help desk, proactive monitoring, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, backup monitoring, and security reviews all on a predictable monthly plan. Security is built into every plan, not sold separately.
Do you provide on-site support?
Yes. We provide on-site support across the greater Melbourne area and deliver remote support to businesses right across Victoria. Most day-to-day issues are resolved remotely for speed.
We already have an IT provider. Can you work alongside them?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a free security review or a specific project. We’re happy to complement your existing arrangements or take over fully when you’re ready.

Is the security review really free?
Yes. The security review is free and no-obligation. You get a plain-English summary of your risks and prioritised next steps, whether or not you choose to work with us.

How much does it cost?
SecureStart™ starts from $1,499 as a one-time implementation, with tiers to suit different business sizes. Ongoing Managed Protection is a simple monthly plan scoped to your users and systems. We’ll give you a clear quote after a quick conversation.

No. We believe in predictable, transparent pricing. Your plan is scoped up front so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
