Hard Drive Problems
Strange noises, health warnings, missing drives or files that won’t open.
Let's protect your data and check your drive
Drive problems put your files at risk, so protecting your data comes first. We’ll only suggest checks that don’t strain the drive.
Safety warning: If you hear clicking or grinding, stop
Shut the computer down normally and stop using the drive. Keeping a failing drive running can make data loss permanent.
